Certificate of Insurance (COI)
General liability and workers' compensation insurance documentation. Additional insured endorsements available on request for specific projects or primes.
W-9
IRS W-9 for both Willikins Enterprises and Lulu IT & Security Inc. Available immediately on request.
SupplierOne & RAMP Registration
Both entities registered in SupplierOne and RAMP for LA28/Olympics procurement. Registration documentation available on request.

Clients work with Willikins Enterprises as their single point of contact. Lulu IT & Security Inc. handles licensed field execution. For procurement submissions, we disclose both entities and clarify roles in all bids. Use the “Willikins + Lulu Delivery Team” label when a joint reference is needed.
